Introduction and Acceptance

The following terms govern your use of the 33ko platform and all associated services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 33ko ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses the 33ko website and its associated gaming, betting and entertainment services. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device used to access the platform, including mobile browsers on Android and iOS, desktop browsers, and any future application format that 33ko may release. By creating an account or placing any bet on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

33ko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, a revised "last updated" date will be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all wallet balances forfeited.
• 2You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, business, or entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on 33ko.
• 3You must not already hold another active account on 33ko. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and all associated funds may be voided.
• 4You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal information during the registration process. Submitting false information including a fabricated name, date of birth, or contact number is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• 5Online gaming must be lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is not in violation of any applicable local laws. 33ko makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in every jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Your account is personal to you and must be maintained securely at all times.

Registration on 33ko requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a username, and a password of sufficient complexity. 33ko may at any time request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to verify your identity, age, or the source of funds deposited into your wallet. This is a standard compliance measure used by all responsible online gaming platforms and is not specific to any individual player.

• 1You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 33ko will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• 2If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33ko support immediately via the contact email in the footer of this website. Until support is contacted, all activity on your account is deemed to be authorised by you.
• 333ko reserves the right to suspend or close any account pending the outcome of a KYC verification review. During a suspension, the player may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Funds on suspension hold will not be forfeited solely due to the review process provided the account is ultimately verified satisfactorily.
• 4You may close your account at any time by contacting 33ko support. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally before the account is deactivated, provided no fraud or rule violation is under investigation. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request subject to identity re-verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All payment transactions on 33ko are processed via Bangladesh-approved mobile money and banking channels.

33ko accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) Nexus Pay. The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger additional identity verification requirements under our KYC policy. Deposits are credited to your wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt of the transfer. 33ko does not charge a fee on standard mobile money deposits.

Deposit Rules

• 1All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., payments made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account investigated for fraud.
• 233ko is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by mobile network outages, processing delays at your mobile money provider, or incorrect transfer references entered by the player. In the event of a deposit that fails to credit within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.
• 3Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes filed against 33ko with your mobile money provider without first contacting 33ko support constitute a breach of these Terms. Accounts subject to a chargeback dispute will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

• 1Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile money number used to make the most recent deposit to your account. This is an anti-money-laundering control measure and cannot be waived. If your registered payment number has changed, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.
• 2Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours are typically processed and received on your mobile wallet within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside business hours may take longer. 33ko does not guarantee a specific processing time and is not liable for delays caused by your mobile money provider's own processing schedules.
• 3Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to the bonus that generated those funds. Withdrawal requests that would result in the withdrawal of bonus funds prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement will be declined or adjusted accordingly.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by 33ko are subject to the conditions set out below in addition to any specific bonus terms displayed at the time of the offer.

33ko offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses for existing players, and seasonal campaigns tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Bonus details including percentage, maximum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirement are communicated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. Historical bonus terms are not binding on future offers.

• 1Each bonus may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 2Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to a specific bonus is stated on the promotion page. By default, unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement and must be played through the stated number of times before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• 333ko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before a player has met the applicable wagering requirement, the unconverted bonus funds will be removed from the wallet and any real-money balance that was present prior to the bonus being credited will remain unaffected.
• 4Bonuses are for recreational use only. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures — for example, through matched betting strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract value from promotional terms without genuine game play — will have their bonus voided, their account investigated, and may be permanently banned from the platform.
• 5Free spins, when offered as part of a promotion, are subject to the same wagering requirement rules as bonus cash unless the promotion terms state that free spin winnings are credited as withdrawable cash. The game or games to which free spins apply will be specified in the promotion terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

• 1Using automated software, bots, crawlers, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, spin slot games, or perform any action that would ordinarily require human input.
• 2Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, exploit live dealer game mechanics, or share information in real time during multiplayer games in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• 3Using the platform in connection with any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• 4Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33ko staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel including the support email, live chat, or any social media platform associated with 33ko.
• 5Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the platform's code, server infrastructure, game logic, random number generation systems, or payment processing components.

33ko reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account will be suspended. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all bonus balances will be voided, and any withdrawal requests pending at the time of closure may be withheld pending the conclusion of the investigation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33ko platform is protected by intellectual property law.

All content displayed on the 33ko platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the 33ko brand mark — is the intellectual property of 33ko or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, scrape, display, post, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 33ko.

7. Limitation of Liability

33ko's liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 33ko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 33ko has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 33ko's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 33ko wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33ko does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, and third-party network outages may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 33ko will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

8. Suspension and Termination

33ko may suspend or terminate any account at its discretion in the circumstances described below.

• 133ko may suspend your account with immediate effect if it suspects you of breaching any provision of these Terms, conducting fraudulent activity, or engaging in any conduct that is harmful to the platform, its other users, or its payment providers. A suspension notice will be sent to the contact details registered on your account where practicable.
• 2Following a suspension, 33ko will conduct a review and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable time. If the review concludes that no breach occurred, the suspension will be lifted and full account access restored. If the review confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and any forfeiture of funds will be communicated in writing.
• 3You may terminate your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 33ko support. Upon voluntary termination, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet after any applicable deductions will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

9. Responsible Gaming

33ko is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players.

33ko provides responsible gaming tools accessible from all registered player accounts. These tools include the ability to set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), the ability to request a temporary cooling-off period during which the account is restricted, and a permanent self-exclusion option. In the event of any dispute between you and 33ko arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 33ko support at the email address listed in the footer of this website. 33ko will use reasonable efforts to resolve the complaint within 14 days of receipt. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to These Terms

33ko may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the revised last-updated date.

33ko will endeavour to communicate material changes to these Terms via a notice on the platform homepage or via direct communication to your registered contact details where the change is significant enough to warrant direct notification. Minor amendments — for example, corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause — may be made without direct notification.
